These award-winning honeys are made in Trentino-Alto Adige by Andrea Paternoster, a passionate beekeeper who takes his nomadic bees all around Italy to gather the pollen of specific plants in bloom at the peak of their seasons. The result of his careful attention are these gorgeous and unususually diverse honeys with exquisite complexities of flavor and unbelievable aromas. This acacia honey is the most delicate of the MieliThun collection. Produced in the month of May, this refined honey is a very clear light yellow with mellow flavors of sugared almonds and vanilla.
