Conchigliette Pasta di Stigliano (Organic)

This organic pasta is a traditional flattened, round pasta historically made with a light tomato sauce with dried, shaved ricotta cheese on top. Conchigliette organic pasta is produced in the Matera province of Basilicata, and traditional to southern Italy.
