Millefiori Honey, Il Forteto

This honey comes from Tuscany. Millefiori in Italian means "thousand flowers". The bees that made this honey pollinated in a region where there were many varities of flowers, giving it it's complex, floral taste. The texture of the honey itself it thick and grainy.
