This special ricotta from Basilicata is seasoned Lucano cheese. Pressed and dried, this sheep and goat milk cheese is great used on pasta and in salads. The rich milk of the sheep and goats which graze in the warm hillsides of Basilicata lend creamy, tangy flavors and crumbly texture to the cheese.
