Vincotto, Fig Infused Vinegar

Vincotto fig infused is made with cooked grape must and vinegar and then infused with figs. There is no sugar added to this vinegar which is aged in oak barrels. It's great on meat, fish, cheese, dessert and in soup. It's similar to balsamic and sweet.
