Wild Blossom Honey, Prunotto

These honeys from Prunotto are bottled throughout the summer months as different blossoms flourish in the region of Piemonte. Wild Blossom honey is made from a mixture of wildflowers that bloom in July. Dark in color with a mild sweetness, it is the ideal table honey drizzled into tea, over yogurt, and served with fresh cheeses.
